Based upon a first quick scan of the production proces, TECOMA can detect if there are possibilities to optimise the existing energy consumption. The primary target of this scan is to define if the are possibilities to reuse waste heat into the production proces by using different techniques, such as:
- Implementation of heat exchangers in order to reuse waste heat:
Condensors in exhaust gas - Implementation of heat pumps in order to boost up low temperature recoverd heat to high temperature usefull heat:
- Implementation of energy monitoring systems for detailed analyse and control of the energy consumption in the production proces.
Making use of already existing energy meters and introducing new, necessary energy meters we can create a monitoring system, based upon specialised software. By using the system, a perfect analyse of the situation is possible and optimalisations can be detected and defiend.
